The test showed that the test piece attached to a fixture vibrating 60 times per second and withstand for 17 minutes, not loosening.

• Test Equipment: High-Speed Test Machine for checking the tightness of bolt (according to the NAS 3350 standard)

• Vibration Frequency: 1780 RPM

• Stroke of the Test Machine: 11 mm

• Vibration Stroke of the Fixture: 19 mm

• Gravitational Acceleration: 68 G

• Tightening Torque: 142 N-m

• Test Method: Lock the test piece on the testing machine and mark white line on it. After testing, if the white line deviated, it's failed. And then check the disassembly torque.

Test results:

• Test Item 1—

  Tightening Torque of the bolt/nut 142N-m, testing for 17 minutes, disassembly torque 214.4N-m.

• Test Item 2—-

  Tightening Torque of the bolt/nut 142N-m, testing for 17 minutes, disassembly torque 153.2N-m.

• Test Item 3—

  Tightening Torque of the bolt/nut 142N-m, testing for 17 minutes, disassembly torque 202.4N-m.

  • TS Anti-Loosening Screws M12*P1.75*35L

  • TS Anti-Loosening Nuts M12*P1.75

  • TS Anti-Loosening Washers M12

• Test Tool: Torque Wrench

• Tightening Torque: 15.5 N-m (according to the ISO 2320 standard)

• Test Method: After tightening the screw or nut with the above torque value, test its disassembly torque.

Test Results:

• Test Item 1, 1st disassembly torque is 129.2 N-m, 2nd disassembly torque is 97.2 N-m.

• Test Item 2, 1st disassembly torque is 131.2 N-m, 2nd disassembly torque is 137.2 N-m.

• Test Item 3, 1st disassembly torque is 112 N-m, 2nd disassembly torque is 151.2 N-m.
