The test showed that the test piece attached to a fixture vibrating 60 times per second for 17 minutes not coming loose.
Test:
Test Center: Kansai Laboratory of Japanese Quality Assurance Organization
Test Samples:
TS Anti-Loosening Screws M12*P1.75*55L
TS Anti-Loosening Nuts M12*P1.75
TS Anti-Loosening Washers M12
Test Equipment: High-Speed Test Machine for checking the tightness of Screws (conforming to the NAS-3350 standard of NASA)
Vibration Frequency: 1780 RPM
Stroke of the Test Machine: 11 mm
Vibration Stroke of the Fixture: 19 mm
Gravitational Acceleration: 68 G
Tightening Torque: 142 N-m
Test Method: Screw the test item on the test machine and begin the test according to the above conditions. When the control line of the screws, nuts, or washers shifts, the fasteners are considered loose. If they remain fixed after 17 minutes, test their loosening torque.
Test results:
Test Item 1— Tightening Torque of the screws/nuts 142N-m, not loose for 17 minutes, loosening torque 214.4N-m
Test Item 2—-
Test Item 3— Tightening Torque of the screws/nuts 142N-m, not loose for 17 minutes, loosening torque 202.4N-m
*The fixture and the fixture washers of Test Item 2 were the same as those of Test Item 1.
Torque Test Report:

TS Anti-Loosening Washers M12
Test Tool: Torque Wrench
Tightening Torque: 15.5 N-m (according to the ISO 2320 standard)
Test Method: After tightening the screw or nut with the above torque value, test its loosening torque.
Test Results:
Test Screw 1, Tightening Torque: 142 N-m, test screw 1, loosening torque 97.2N-m
Test Screw 2, Tightening Torque: 142 N-m, test screw 2, loosening torque 137.2N-m
Test Screw 3, Tightening Torque: 142 N-m, test screw 3, loosening torque 151.2N-m
