Management Philosophy

"Tech-Stell Co. Ltd. is a company specializing in the design and manufacture of anti-loosening screws, nuts, and washers. Founded in 2003 by Chairman Morries Lin, TS has achieved a TÜV certification and is ISO 9001:2015 certified. The company's sustainable management philosophy is excellent quality, innovative technology and enthusiastic service. To promote Taiwanese anti-loosening fasteners, TS has committed to its own brand, hoping to improve user safety and reduce accidents caused by loose screws and nuts, through enthusiasm for the design of anti-loosening fasteners.

Tech-Stell anti-loosening fasteners, including anti-loosening screws, nuts, and gaskets, passed stringent tests of certification institutions in the world; obtained a certificate for passing the US Aerospace NAS3350 vibration test; have NETIS certification by Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism; passed the Junker vibration test to DIN 65151; and got chosen for a domestic solar power project. Anti-loosening performance can be maintained at different levels of vibration. TS anti-loosening fasteners (TECH-STELL Loose Proof) got patents in more than 30 countries around the world and are internationally recognized for their anti-loosening technology. TS focuses on anti-loosening fasteners, pursuing good corporate governance to create a win-win situation for shareholders, employees, supply chain and customers. In the future, TS will continue to serve the public with the purpose of benefiting people and reducing workplace injuries.

Company History

  • 2003 - 

TS was established in Tainan, Taiwan by Chairman Morries Lin.

  • 2004 - 

    • TS developed technology and broke into the market with TECH-STELL Loose Proof.

    • TS Began to participate in overseas exhibitions and promote products to the European, American, Australian and Asian markets.

  • 2005 -

TS began to participate in overseas exhibitions and promote products to the European, American, Australian and Asian markets.

  • 2006 -

TS passed the NAS3350 vibration test and obtained the test certificate.

  • 2008 -

Plans were made for core patents.

  • 2009 -

    • TS developed the third generation of patented tamper-proof, anti-loosening fasteners.

    • Taiwan Railway used TS’s anti-loosening products.

  • 2010 -

TS obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification from TÜV Rheinland.

  • 2011 -

TS developed new products made of stainless steel.

  • 2012 -

Tokyo Skytree in Japan used TS’s anti-loosening fasteners.

  • 2013 -

TS passed the DIN 65151 Junker vibration test (DIN 65151, GB-T 10431-2008) and obtained the certificate.

  • 2014年 -

    • A major company of wrought aluminum wheel rims used TS’s anti-loosening products.

    • Taipei Dome used TS’s anti-loosening products.

  • 2015 -

TS developed the fourth generation of anti-loosening fastener.

  • 2016 -

TS passed NETIS certification by Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. TS launched its Facebook page.

  • 2017 -

TS obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification from TUV Rheinland.

  • ​2018 - 

A solar energy site used TS’s anti-loosening fasteners.

  • 2019 -

A large ground solar power project in Qigu, Tainan used TS’s products.

  • 2021 -

TS launched its official account on LINE.
