  • How are TS anti-loosening fasteners used? Is there anything to heed?
    The hardness of the surface the fasteners are to be fixed onto should be below HRC42 for carbon steel, and HRC30 for stainless steel. The fasteners are not to be fixed onto non-metal such as glass, wood and plastic. The assemblies must not slide or rotate. Please use electric tools rather than pneumatic or impact ones. Do not apply force after the products are fastened tightly.
  • Are TS anti-loosening products used the same as regular ones?
    They are used in the normal way. It takes only a hex wrench or hex socket to screw them. No special ways or tools are needed. Make sure that the wedge surface of each product faces each other. Please avoid using pneumatic impact tools, as they may cause dents in the surface of the assemblies and the over-stretching of the screws.
  • Do I have to buy the TS sleeve to fix TS anti-loosening screws or nuts?
    To fix TS anti-loosening products, simply use a hex wrench or a regular sleeve. The TS sleeve is intended for the removal of TS products. *If the product you purchase is a set of TS double washers, then you do not need to purchase a TS sleeve. **Note: The TS sleeve is only for removal.
